KWC Makarov FPS reduction and disassembly

Hey all! So I picked up the kwc makarov from a friend and Ive been attempting to lower the fps. Someone from our local club suggested awhile back maybe an npas would work to make it skirmishable (Im trying to lower it to 350 fps /w .2s) but I posted another thread on Red Alliance and a member posted a link to a video someone made of shortening the valve travel distance in the mag to let less c02 into the nozzle..

Problem is, behind the steel retainer ring theres a small white rubber/ plastic ring I cant seem to remove. Anyone disassembled one of these mags before and can offer tips?

Im posting the video below for reference and if anyone else is interested in trying this out. He uses a washer and card stock in the video, I read in another thread once you get the fps close to what youre after its easy to make large adjustments with small amounts of shim material, one member suggested pop can aluminum as a great shim and more durable than card stock.

Do NOT disassemble the pistol itself, there is nothing inside it that you can fiddle with to reduce the velocity. All of the magic is in the magazine.

The pistol itself is a massive pain in the ass to put back together. A local player busted the safety on his and wanted to see if it could be fixed. The fix itself was simple, but I dont think i've ever had as much trouble reassembling a gun as I had with that thing.

Ya I dont plan at all to disassemble the pistol screw that. Im doing the shim technique on the mag but how do I get that white seal out without damaging it?
