WE AK PMC Magazine problem

Hi guys,

I've had my WE AK PMC for awhile now and ever since I got it I could never get one function to work properly. The magazines have a switch which can be switched into an always fire mode. When this is on, the rifle has no issue firing bb's, but continues to dry fire the magazines which makes the gun still fully functional but takes away from the realism of owning a GBBR. The other option switches the mag to stop firing when the magazine has run out of bb's. This feature has never worked for me. I think it may be an issue with my trigger guard position and the hammer not properly lining up to hit the gas valve, but I honestly don't know. When I got my rifle I removed the Magwell cover attached to the trigger guard, as I'm a left-handed shooter and it got in the way. I think this may have caused the trigger guard to be misaligned. Any thoughts any feedback?

The bolt does not lock back with this feature. It is just a valve blocking mechanism that stops the gun from firing.
If it works like that, then that is all you can expect.

I have this issue too but have never remedied it but I know the problem is the gun. I have 5 mags for my AK PMC, all of them short cycles when I engage the blocker. Mags are full both in gas and BBs.

My concern is not the bolt locking back. I want it to stop firing when the magazine is empty. Empty of bb's, not gas.

teh knob on the top of the mag must be locked forward but the one of the back of the mag must be DOWN for it to function, most people switch the top forward, which raises the lever on the back, then fill BBs and shoot, but you have to reset the back lever to down position before it will fire

also if you remover the magwell you have to cut down the screws or itll bend up the reciever trying to tighten down

OMG. I love you. Yes, I tried messing with both knobs before but usually the top one reset the buttom one and I never tried to do it with bb's loaded. The instructions are all in chinese so I could never figure it out. Just tested it and it's working flawlessly. Grattitude.

Also, I already bent the reciever tighting those screws by accident a long time ago.... Rather than just cutting the screws down I've removed them entirely.
