SVD-S Conversion.
Privet, Comrades!
I'm wondering if it is possible to take the furniture off the ARES SVD-S and put it on something like a Classic Army or King Arms SVD? Hell, even a WE ACE-VD GBBR, this is more just out of curiosity because I like the modernized appearance of the SVD-S furniture over the original. My preference, really. Cyma is supposedly releasing a SVD-S AEG, but for now all that is available is the ARES bolt-action version which I'm not particularly keen on just because I relish the authentic feel of the semi-automatic feature. Feedback is much appreciated! Thanks, Corinth.

That's on the agenda, for now I am just wondering if the original question I asked is possible. I like the idea of doctoring a model (expensive as that may be), especially if I could do that with a GBBR like the ACE-VD.

To illustrate what I'm saying, I would like to take all the furniture off the ARES SVD-S and put it on a regular SVD so I can have semi-auto capability with the SVD-S appearance. Can it be done?
ARES Bolt-Action SVD-S. Classic Army, King Arms, WE Tech, etc. AEG / GBBR SVD.

Ah, thank you, Ritz! That's the kind of info that makes such an endeavor a bit daunting, I will take that into account if I ever decide to give it a go.
I'll have to get myself a Cyma SVD-S for anything semi-auto. When I know a good time I'll give you a shout and see about getting age verified, so long as that works with you. Much obliged!
