Lightbulb Airsoft UZI sub-machine gun

Today I want to talk about the air-soft UZI's on the market, and the potential ones which might be released in the future.

Let me start off by saying that the UZI sub-machine gun is an iconic weapon; dating back to the early years of Israel's creation, and prominent in modern gun-culture ever since. It's quite baffling then (at least to me) that no one has made a decent airsoft UZI as of yet.

I'm sure most of you know about the WELL Uzi, made of plastic. (a big turn-off if your going for realism) I think KWA or one of the other companies has come up with a full metal version, though it is a miniature UZI, which I personally don't fancy too much.

So I guess the question is... when will an air-soft company come up with a decent full-size UZI model? I already have plans for how I would modify it if one ever does come out... paint it olive green, age it a little, add a red-dot sight and along with a suppressor in matching color and a dark green strap. That's just me though... I think green is a good color for an UZI

What do you guys think? I'm sure there are many people that know more than me on this subject. Maybe there is a full metal UZI that I have never heard about.. (though I doubt it) So please share what you know, and spam King Arm's inbox with requests for the UZI until they finally cave

lol all joking aside, I'm hoping to start a decent discussion on this topic because it has been on my mind for quite some time. so with that I will turn the discussion over to y'all

I agree that one of the companies would do well to produce a good full metal version of all the sizes of uzi's. Gas blowback of course. Micro, Mini and full size uzi, i think they would do quite well if they did, im sure lots of people would go for that. i know that i would personally have one of each myself.

Thumbs up I know right?

I don't understand what is going through manufacturer's mind's when they design their models... I think I speak for most people when I say that I want a realistic/classic looking model with blow-back and functionality true to it's real counterpart. You would think they would catch on after all their traditional models are sold out while the tacky looking ones remain in stock lol. Would be nice if they would create a full metal Famas Felin F1 that appears in Black Ops as well.

By the way...

speaking of modifying your weapons, I'm thinking of getting the slide on a chrome WE 1911 engraved to look like this:

I'll post images if I ever get it done... if anyone knows who could do something like that and where I can find pearl grips please tell me.

(will grips from a real 1911 fit the WE?)

A few years ago Tokyo Marui made a full size Uzi and it didn't catch on. You see one for sale in the classifieds about once a year

Ya and i almost bought one, but its made of plastic and parts are hard to find for it, i might buy one and just pray i can get a metal body for it, same as KWC mini uzi cause its made of plastic but there are metal bodies for them but they are nowhere to be found.

Wow! A Western Arms UZI? I heard good things about the Kwc Uzi and the WA UZI. Good luck finding magazines though. Good find by the way.

Kwc uzi

The KWC Uzi is awesome although it also kinda sucks too.

Worth looking into tho.. the fact that theres no way to know when youre mag is out of bbs is a deal breaker for me

The bolt stays locked back and the gun won't fire when out of BB's. Atleast on the two that I got.

Kwc uzis

The inner barrel and bucking are proprietary

Replacement parts and aftermarket upgrades would be great

After 15 years away from Airsoft I'm BACK and I want one of these Northeast Uzi's

Any Canadian retailers carrying them?

Is it still hard / impossible to import them yourselves?

Curiously enough, if you take the sine of 666°, you get 0.80901699, which is one half of negative phi, or perhaps what one might call the "anti-phi" / It is opposite of balance and harmony ergo: chaos and disharmony.
