swollen gbb mags
Okay so i had my gemtech oasis with my other guns in my trunk and traveled a few hours in the car. It was hot out.
I dont think the socom mags had alot of gas in them but apparently they have swollen to the point they cannot be put into the tight grip of the gun. Anyone had this happen befor? Any ideas how to fix em? I was thinking put em in a vice and snug it down (not too tight just snug and then a lil bit over that) and check if they fit and repeag as needed, what do you think? EDIT: that worked. Took a lil more squeezin then i thought but got er done.

mags are made of potmetal, the expanded because of the weak metal and high pressure of the heated gas
not worth the risk to squeeze the metal back together when the metal has already been stretch the metal anymore. PM me I have 1 mag that I dont use. |

What he said, you have created a potential catastrophic failure. Those mags are pooched
