Yes if there's no petrolium distilate most have petrolium distilate. If it says you can eat it you're in business.

Just use propane it's better and you can lube them easily

If you're at a game someone else will have a can of propane.
Duster is more expensive, has a lower pressure (less FPS) and over time can screw up your mags. You can use it in a pinch but it's a serious pain to get the gas into the mag.

Just keep an extra can of propane lying around, hell I keep a tank on me in the field. You'll have enough for 100+ pistol mags or 80+ assault Rifle mags.

how ever if you need to drop your fps by about 80fps it works well. I use it in my mp9 for indoor games

Properly using propane with an adapter and some silicone oil lubes the mags for you while shooting. Duster doesn't, all the o-rings will dry out and you'll end up with leaky mags and needing to do maintenance and replacement more often.

You can add silicone oil to duster the same way.

Before people started using propane, eo nomine, the practice of adding silicone oil to duster was born since duster had no lubricants like pre-packaged "Green Gas" or "Blue Gas" (HFC134a with lubricants for use in airsoft guns)

Actually, you are only partially correct. Adding lube to a mag is to lube the pistol internals. Lube in the mag is a secondary benefit as it helps keep the seals from drying if you have an issue with leaks.
