Preparing for the Season

So im trying to prepare for the spring summer airsoft season since I now have a job and wont in summer because of school. I really would like to know which things I should be buying first, as I would like a FULL list of what I would need for a 24hr Milsim.

What I have:

KA M4 (Metal)
3-4 High caps
Smart charger
2 Batterys
Sling
Shitload of BB's
Molle recon chest

I know its not alot because I just got into it before winter, and Yes I know some of you may have huge list, and......THATS OK I am willing to drop a few hundred if need be in to things that are a necessity

If you're doing MilSim I'd pick up midcaps instead. Nothing crushes realism like rattling BB's. lol

probably a rutt sack or like back to carry snacks and water or a hydration system. I get hungry, even in a fire fight lol.

Good boots
Eye wear.

- dead rag
- gloves (mechanix are fine)

Yes, dump the high caps. Most fields that allow them have a one high cap limit, and they are taboo with most of the rest of the community. Mid caps/low caps are great.

Sounds like your off to a pretty good start.

Colder months are the best months, no freaking bugs!

Look into some water-proof socks, I love my Sealskin ones. Picked them up for ~$30 on Ebay, and work amazingly well!
Dry feet = warm happy feet.

I would say 2 sets of camo, one green and the other tan. Get some good wet/wind weather layer. The weather can eat a lot of players up quick.

Winding high caps requires too much focus, prefer to put my focus on other things like shooting and keeping an eye on surrounding.

Did you read the list? Most of that stuff is worn, not carried. The rest fit in pockets.
But yes, I carry a backpack.

You can get a proper assortment of pouches that'll damn near carry everything.

Alright thank you for your help.
This weekend Im going to grab some boots, maybe a helmet or face protection, and a pair of goggles anyone got any good recommendations? I can go anywhere in the GTA pretty well. Im in Milton if you must know.

Also I am 19 currently and will be 20 come fall, am I eligible to play in practically all events? Asking because I practically waited 2 years since 17 to get in this community XD. Sorry for the new questions.

Once you're past 18, you're virtually welcomed everywhere.
Don't take my word for it, just because I said so... Who knows, some hosts could want an older crowd

You got it backwards,

The guns the easy part, you need stuff to keep YOU going.

Clothes, camo, you need 2 sets one green based one tan based.
A heavy fleece and a light one, gortex shell,,and pants.

Several, hats, green and tan, warm, cool, and water resistant,

Good boots, 2 pair, one for cold wet , one for warm dry,

Load bearing gear, a hydration pack, and a 3 day pack.

Flashlights, 3 a small always carried, a larger " find my crap" light and a weapon light.

An individual first aid kit.

A ranger blanket, gloves, warm ones and tactical,

Thermos, small stove , light cooking gear,

Once you have all this , you would be pretty much ready,

2 guns, primary and backup, extra batteries, lots of mags, because you won't be using high caps.
