Smallest mosfet?

I am working on a custom project and need some advice on the smallest but durable mosfet?

I have ordered a battery-grip ( http://www.brotherprice.com/ebphoto/...ery%20Grip.jpg )

Now I am fitting a 11.1v 1000mah lipo in the grip but would like some advice on how I can add a mosfet to this setup?

Hope to get some advice on where to go from here..

Wait for user Stealth to come back from shot show, he'll help you and runs a small shop with all you can dream at a really good price. (http://www.airsoftstore.ca/)

Also, for the small mosfet, he will soon sell something looking like this: (Compared to BBs)

Nice. I'd buy that.

For anyone who cares, here's the spec sheet on the FET itself:

Handles about 100Amps continuously.
This is what Stealth posted about it. It is pretty much just a basic FET that is really tiny with none of the fancy features like active breaking or computerized control.

thanks for the info once again, seems like this would be the way to go. I'll send stealth a message and ask him to reply to this thread for any further questions.

Now we just need a micro lipo alarm.

it's a regular joe blow mosfet.. you may still need a fuse if you want to run a fuse.

also.. probably would melt down if using giant lipos... which you are not. It's probably going to be fine with up to 20-25C batteries.

Just not the 40C ones maciek uses. :P
