I just received mine today so I thought I would knock out a short review on this great piece of kit.

Before we get into any pictures I will do a quick overview of the features and specs.

The construction of the bag is solid and is what you would expect of a US made product. It is also Berry Compliant if that is something that matters to you, personally I think it is nice and will take it when I can get it. The zippers are heavy duty coil zippers with gutted 550 cord pull tabs, and the main compartment zippers can be locked with the included TSA approved lock. On the lid and top end of the bag there is document windows. To help take stress off the seams and zippers there are three compression straps fitted with UTX flex side squeeze buckles, and to help keep that extra strapping in check there is Velcro keepers.

The MSRP of the bag comes in at a hefty $520.83 usd. I was fortunate enough to acquire two at a price of $99 each during the LBT January blowout sale. Would I say they are worth the $99? Absolutely. The $520, maybe not so much. If you are interested in one of these bags they can regularly found at around $400, and if that is still too much there is the LBT/Evolution Load-out bag that is almost 100% identical. Although it only comes in black and grey, is overseas produced and non berry compliant. The bag in question however comes in coyote tan, coyote brown, ABU digital, Universal camo, black, and Multicam which is what you will be seeing.

This is the document window measuring 8.5” x 5” on the top end with the main handle folded out of the way. The slip of paper pictured is information and instructions for the included TSA lock mentioned before.










Onto a quick overview of the side compartments. Three in total.




One of the two expandable side pockets on the same side measuring in at 13" x 10" with a depth of about 3". The top and bottom compression straps also compress these pockets along with the longer one on the opposite side.




This is the long pocket on the opposite side that is also compressed at each end by the same two straps. It is a perfect compartment for a gun but it does not have padding towards the outside but I don't see that being a problem unless you plan on really throwing the bag around. In that case you may want a hardshell rlfle case. It measures in at 32" x 10" and will fit a rifle around 32"-36" in length, this will depend on said rifle but I can confirm it will fit a standard length M4 with the stock half collapsed.





Now we go inside the belly of the beast.


The inside of the bag is lined with a water resistant nylon and it has a ton of pockets. The pockets are made of a heavy duty mesh material with the same zippers as the rest of the bag. The three on the inside of the lid measure in at 10" x 10". There is two included dividers that can be removed and adjusted, I will show more detailed pictures in just a second.

These are the removable dividers and as you can see they attach to the 'walls' with very substantial Velcro. They are filled with the same stiff closed cell foam as the sides and lid. There is a total of two with the one having a zippered compartment between two pieces of foam. I can see this being good for things like documents and maps.

The bag loaded up with various gear to show the amount of space and options for laying it out. To the left is a pair of Danners Desert Acadia boots that fit well with a little room to spare. In the middle we have an Ops-Core helmet, cap, shemagh and a balaclava. Off to the right there is a Propper Level V softshell with a folded chest rig on top and lots of room to spare.






Next up is the support and structure of the bag.


First up is one of the closed cell foam pads that have to be inserted into the pockets. There is one on each long side and and a larger one for the lid. The two on the ends come pre-intalled and are non-removable.


This is the Kydex sheet that makes up the bottom or spine of the bag, it is both rigid and durable and it is what the wheels and outer rails are attached to.


Back to the outside and onto the last part to see. These are the two rails that the bag rests on when it is laid flat. It is also what the wheels are attached to. The wheels are pretty much inline skate wheels that roll smoothly and seem very durable. There is two of them.

The shipping was $150 for two. One would have been $100. Comsidering the weight and size of the box it wasn't too bad, and customs was only $35.

Nice I got one too but mine came with a broken Zipper so back she goes, at least they'll reimbursed me for shipping but hey cant go wrong for a $200 deal

The other one is a friends. I got him in on the deal to bring shipping down a bit.

Cool, gonna look around and see what I can find, would love to get the same one. Can't get over all that space and the depth, and LBT! The bag I'm currently using is like 32" I think lol.

Don't forget there is always the LBT Evolution series of bags. You can get the same bag at a fraction of the cost. Yes it will be overseas produced but I doubt the quality will be much different. Most of the price for LBT's products is because they are made in the USA and use US made materials to be berry compliant.
