Bent Barrel airsoft review
So today I took a trip to red deer with one of my pals and we first stopped at buyairsoft, and was somewhat satisfied with our purchases (C-Tac sniper, even though I begged him not to, and I returned a battery). but thats not what this review is about. we needed some accessory's that buyairsoft doesn't have so one of the people at the shop told us to head down to bent barrel. when we go there, we were welcomed into the store. the prices there are really good. I got a silencer, reflex sight, and a 5 pack of MP5 midcaps for 100$. the guy who owned it also showed me his quality control tests, he really cares about the satisfaction of his customers. he puts the guns through numerous tests before he ships his guns. he also has a really nice target range at the back of the store that's free to use. it was about 30 meters long, and has a nice zombie target at the back. he gave me alot of advice, telling me what I should, and shouldnt buy. my only problem with the store is the website. kinda poorly made.
if I was to rate it, I would give it an 8.5 out of ten. |

I'm going to piggy-back on this review thread, and state my experience with Bent Barrel (so far).
Last weekend, i had an unfortunate incident with my ICS M4A1, which resulted in a broken upper receiver rail. I wrote about this in the Doctor's Corner, so i'll leave it at that. The part that i required, though an actual bolt-on to the upper receiver itself, could only be replaced as a complete upper receiver at approximately $110.00. The separate receiver rail could not be bought by itself. The owner of the store (Darklen on this forum) contacted me after reading my posts, and after rooting about his boneyard parts bin, and came up with the spare part in good nick. All told, he has saved me about $100.00 in doing that. Thanks, Darklen and Bent Barrel Airsoft. |
