Thunder Sports (Hurricane sights) = excellent service

I wanted to relate a recent positive experience dealing with a customer support type issue with Thunder Sports.

I purchased a Hurricane EOTech 553 clone late last year only to have one of the locking arms break almost immediately. After a quick email to Thunder Sports (the nice people who make Hurricane sights) I received a replacement part and the 553 is back in business.

I am extremely impressed with the speed and responsiveness with which my inquiry was dealt with. I will certainly continue to be a happy user of their products as I know that any problems will be dealt with immediately.
