Mac10 to PM63 Conversion
Alright so im planning out on taking a Mac10 GBB (Tactical Force) and converting it into a PM63. Now i have some questions regarding on the structure and design that i would have to change to achieve this.
First off since obviously i will be putting more weight on the bolt( not much since im using aluminum for the slide) would it be a good idea to change out the recoil spring so that the bolt has less resistance? Glue suggestions for bonding metal to plastic and metal to metal (since some parts are rather intricate "/) Also on possible ways to reinforce i guess the back wall of the mac10? (it stops the bolt from going backwards completely, yes im a noob) Further more I am in dire need of specs and good pictures, the most i have is length of the gun, and some photos of the tanaka pm63 Also any ideas will be helpful, not sure how this will go but thought id give it a shot Last edited by MassPwnage; January 14th, 2012 at 20:34.. |

Basically you're looking at a total rebuild, not just slapping stuff on there. Not sure how exactly you think you're going to pull this this off, might want to find another Call of Duty gun to build. |

i dont think its a total rebuild to me i would be mainly shaving off the top of the mac and simply building the slide on since the handle is almost the same, also its perfect since the mac works on open bolt just like the PM63.
Also I actually knew about the PM63 long before black ops, i found out about it because i was searching for polish weapons. Me being polish and all, and its caught my eye since then |

I can't find the exact physical dimensions, but from the look of it it's really not as wide as the M11. Also, removing material from the top would compromise the bolt channel and seriously hinder functionality.
I'm not being a smart ass, it's really not a possible build. |

It looks closer to a 1911 conversion build

Actually i saw a video of a guy making an M9 into PM63, not sure if it was functional tho.
here it is: WZ63ã®ãƒ¢ãƒ‡ãƒ«ã‚¬ãƒ³ã‚’ 作ã£ã¦ã¿ãŸã€‚ - YouTube Last edited by MassPwnage; January 14th, 2012 at 21:32.. |

I wouldn't pull the trigger on that, the blowback would probably send it flying apart in a few rounds.
This kind of conversion, to be fully functional, would require a shitload of custom work, mainly producing a complete slide and receiver. Can be done with enough time and money, but there would also be legal issues for the manufacturing process. |

Yes indeed, its a shame that only one version of an airsoft model was created and it not even capable of use since the mag doesnt contain a air cylinder
