tight bore on KJW m4

Do these exist? And if I were to use a tight bore, would it increased pressure and reduce the gun's life?

It'll increase pressure but not affect the life of the gun in any way.

It'll just use the gas that's being pushed down the barrel behind the BB... better-er?

How much of an accuracy increase will it cause?

You're going to notice a dramatic difference, as you do with AEG's. The design of the KJW inner barrel is unlike any gbbr or aeg barrel...do some searching on here, there is already a thread about this. The only tight bore that I know of that is available right now is the madbull tight bore modified by Cradle Airsoft...it's not listed as a product on their website but email them about it.

You can also but the madbull TBB here. From my personal experience, it is an amazing barrel. It's able to provide very tight groupings. It also increased FPS to 500+. Make sure you get a velocity reducer as well. I recommend the Cradle reducer.

I'm totally going to sound bias,

But Madbull barrels are the lower end of the "Acceptable" tightbore. They're just a coated aluminum, where the RA-Tech is a heavier stainless steel.

Sure aluminum is softer, but it's still a great barrel. You just gotta make sure you clean it often to prevent scratching and whatnot.

Good! I just ordered the Ra tech, but didn't know why it was more expensive.

It was the only one available...

Thing I'm trying to say here;

Madbull barrel gets a scratch that goes through the coating, The entire barrel is fucked! It'll start peeling like an 80 year old in the Miami sun.

Is there any difference in accuracy between a 6.01mm and a 6.03mm. The RA-tech is 6.03mm, but it is more durable than the 6.01mm madbull barrel; which is recommended?

6.03 is fine.

6.05 is for range
6.01 is for FPS

6.03 is a nice middle ground

How does that work? I thought that a tighter fit would result in the bb bouncing less in the barrel.

That's what I figured as well. 6.01mm bore should technically create less patterns for bouncing inside the barrel, thus a tighter grouping.

And also from what I hear, Anodized 7075 Aircraft Aluminum (Madbull Ultimate TBB) is stronger than stainless steel. Just sayin'
