TSD/WE M9 Military Spec. Extended or KJW Glock 27
Can't decide which would be the better buy, I already have a KJW Glock 27, but I am thinking of getting a second one for upgrading, and want to know which would be better. Or your opinion.

Have you considered KWA PTP (either M9 or 1911/HiCapa)
If you got AV'ed you would be BLOWN away how cheap you could get one from some of the retailers round these parts. Or of course the venerable upgrade king the TM HiCapa |

Neither, get something better.

Ok, but I need a cheaper gun. I'm trying to see how well I can upgrade one of these.

Lol.
Why not buy a gun that can actually be upgraded properly. KWA/KSC. Or, you guessed it. TM. The TM Hicapa is the most upgradable pistol out there at the moment. And why not just save up for a gun? You have your precious Glock, it wont kill you to wait and save up for something that doesn't suck I don't think thick is the proper word for it. |

The kjw will be better than the WE. WE makes crap pistols, KJW pistols are pretty decent.

You already have a cheap gun.
Listen to this advice. I am being honest and I genuinely believe that it will benefit you (both in your enjoyment of the game and financially). Get age verified. Check retailer section. Buy a KWA/KSC OR Save up your pennies and buy a TM. You WILL appreciate the difference and it WILL save you considerable amount of money. Cheers. |

I understand. I don't have the time to get AV'd, I don't need the classifieds yet because I have some retailers that I buy from already with decent prices. I do in fact have a TM, Glock 17, which is quite customizable, I bought it already customized. But my 'project' is to find a crappy gun and customize until it performs or looks extremely 'cool'. Oh, and I'm not thick, I don't have the time to meet up with someone ATM, but in the future I think I will.

You've already complained earlier about the price on Tokyo Marui guns but now you're wanting to buy a crappy gun and trying to improve on it, which will likely cost more than simply getting a Tokyo Marui. |

Sometimes I wonder why we give out advice when people already seem to have everything planned out in their head.
Why bother ask for it if you're just going to shoo it off? |

What are you talking about? None of you are answering my question! You are all so intent on trying to give me advice on getting better guns and crap when what I am trying to is ignored! Either answer, or don't, but please don't lecture me on TM, or what crappy guns they are because trust me, I know! And yes, I have enough money to upgrade the guns, but I don't want another TM.

If its an M9 you're looking for, I'd recommend staying away from the clones. KWA/KSC and Tokyo Marui would be much better. Speaking from experience here, I own a WE M9, and while its got a good heft, magazines are pretty bad, its not consistent in its shots, and the hopup isn't adjustable so I cant do much about it.
If you want the best out-of-the-box M9, go for the KWA M9 PTP. It doesnt have much in the way of upgraded parts (most parts are KWA proprietary) yet since its a new gas system, but they'll start popping up soon. Besides the KWA/KSC NS2/System7 system is one of the most gas-efficient ones right now. For upgradeability Tokyo Marui would be better. Almost all upgrade parts are made for the TM, and clones like WE sometimes have trouble accepting them. A TM with metal slide/frame and basic propane upgrades (valves and such) shooting at 300fps will still shoot and feel much better than a potmetal WE shooting 330 fps. AV Fact: I've seen KWA M9 PTP's on here that are in the same price range as the KJW M9 listed on 007Airsoft, which is half plastic, and a TM clone. Out of those two (although I dont know why you would want two of the same gun) the KJW Glock would be a better choice.

You asked about what would be better for upgrading. Neither really are, we have mentioned that. And people have given you options for a better platform to upgrade upon. We are telling you to buy something other than WE pistols for a reason. They're shit. People here have experience with WE pistols being shit. They're not pulling this information out of their ass just to give you guff. They're telling you the goddamn truth, and you don't seem to want to accept that. You have this little idea in your head that your options are the best out there when realistically, they are not. What I don't understand is, you can just as easily buy a quality gun, buy quality upgrade parts and get one hell of a shooter in the end. It will be worth the money and you'll have an impressive gun once you're done. Upgrading low quality guns are tedious. Parts dont match up properly, one thing leads up to another part breaking due to tolerance issues and so on. The gun will end up being one hell of a money sink and cost more than what a quality gun would have ended up going for. Just try to expand your options rather than settling on one or two things. People here, including myself are trying to give you a hand and save you from a headache. |

Is this guy just an attention whore who like to make threads for people to talk to?
Because he sure isn't taking any advice in any of them. |
