Question in regards to compatability

Hey guys,

I just got a WE AWSS M4 GBBR Cansoft (Gen 3) rifle. Im wondering if you guys can help me. I am wanting to put rail system on it, but I have no clue on what will fit and how hard it will be to put on etc. Also what all is available for this rifle to. Thanks

RS rails will work as well as some airsoft rails.. Personally, i have only tested a G&P RIS and it worked..some of the upper receiver have CCW threads.. some newer ones have CW threads.. u have to test it yourself.. the level of difficulty for installing a rail depends on your experience, comfort and knowledge, and also, the type of rail..

I dont know what RS rails mean, im looking more for company names etc, sorry im new to airsoft rifles, I have lots of skills and time so im not worried about how hard it is to installetc

Anything that fits on a real M4 will fit the WE version. Even some AEG spec handguards will thread on. I had no problems getting a madbull JP rifles handguard on mine.
