How about a VFC Scar or a VFC M4.

About the best gun you'd get for that price would be a G&G. They're pretty good guns for beginners. They're quite common so if anything goes wrong, there's plenty of people that will know how to fix them.

There's also GBB pistols in that price range, clone shotguns, JG guns... etc

The less you pay, the less you get out of the gun.

This is really emphasized in airsoft.

If you cheap out and spend 200 - 300 on some clone piece of shit, the price will reflect on its quality.

Stuff like VFC is going to run you around 600 - 700+, and its well worth the money.

Its easier to get a gun that will work and last out of the box rather than starting cheap and 'upgrading', its not worth the headache.

Don't forget that guns have to be fed. Your budget has to include a battery and charger.
