Hi everyone,
I just ordered a avalon mk18 mod0 and I want to get a lipo 11.1V in the crane stock. Can someone tell me what batteries can fit in there?(around 11.1V 2200mah 30C) thanks a lot I have a guarder 120 spring so I need a big battery to have a good ROF(16 rounds per second or plus) |

ohhhh your so new lol
You REALLY don't need a LiPo battery if all you want is 1000rpm. REALLY. DONT. NEED. Now your going to ask me why, so here it is; You can't just slap a LiPo in your AEG and run the crap out of it. As safe as LiPo's are when set up properly, when they're NOT set up properly they ARE a serious saftey hazard. So not only do you need a crane stock large enough for that battery, but you also need a fuse, MOSFET switch, a voltage monitor, and a LiPo balancer/charger. So alternatively, you can get just a regular G&P crane stock battery, 8.4v or 9.6v or even 10.8v (they all fit in the same crane stock). They're 2200mah batteries, and I was getting 1000rpm on my old stock G&P at 400fps with an 8.4v 2200mah crane stock battery. http://shop.ehobbyasia.com/gandp-m4a...ery-black.html |

So do you think a INTELLECT 9.6V 3600mah can hold ~2500bbs at a ROF of 1020-1100 rounds per minute with a 120 spring? And also some people said that NiCD batteries can have a ROF of 20bbs/sec when they are fuuly charged but after a few minutes, the ROF goes down to 17 then 15... Whereas lipo batteries can keep the ROF constent. Is that true?

unless your platform is set up for lipo.you are going to destroy your gun.

With a good stock gun you can safely run a 7.4 LIpo. Just avoid long burst.
Here's the one I use in my Sam-r with and M120: http://shop.ehobbyasia.com/bb-batter...miya-plug.html And the charger: http://shop.ehobbyasia.com/cxi-gs-10...v-battery.html The batterie fit nicely in the crane tube and make you weapon system ligther. It's a win win

My gun is a Avalon mk18 mod0 so it can easily handle 7.4V lipo.
How about a hot power 3000mah 15C for crane stock? Can this battery hold a sp120 at ~1020 bbs/sec for ~2500bbs? Thanks |

Get a TriggerMaster III With SmartROF with your 11.1v
= Insane First shot trigger response and you can set the ROF you want for your full auto (semi auto = full 11.1v speed, auto = 1st shot @ 11.v and subsequent shot are at lower speed) |

Thanks for the proposition, however I think I don't need the triggermaster because all I want is 1050-1150bbs/sec so the triggermaster isn't useful for me. But thanks anyway Other propositions? |

You don't seem to understand that even if your gun is an Avalon, using a 11.1v LiPo in it will rip it apart under a few HUNDREDS BBs.
Even if you have a fully pimped 2000$ AEG, the same thing will happen. 16rps is easy to achieve. Get a GOOD QUALITY 9.6v 4200mAh NiMh pack, a good CHARGER (a wall converter is not a charger. If you have to calculate how long to leave it plugged, it is not a charger). A battery will be around 50-90$ depending on quality. A Charger STARTS at 60$. Under that you will have "smart" chargers that are about as smart as a 3 grader. |

As for a 3000mah, it's a lot. I got a 1200 and I'm usualy able to play a whole with it.

an 11.1v 15C LiPo with 3000mah has the exact same ROF as a 11.1v 30C 3000mah LiPo. And if you ever notice that your performance drops with a different C rating, it means your drawing too much current for that battery and you should never use it for that electric device ever again. You REALLY don't need a LiPo battery at all. Seriously. You can easily accomplish your goal with a 9.6v NiMH. NiCd have less amperage by nature, and can suffer from voltage depression. And NiMH doesn't need to be drained before it's charged. 9.6v 2200mah crane stock battery, 1000-1100 rpm depending on your internal setup, you'll get atleast 1800 BB's out of it. And if you want a bigger battery, you can get a crane stock for larger cells and use a 5000mah battery. Friend of mine had an LMG36 with a 9.6v 3300mah battery, it did 1400rpm no problem and about 6000 rounds of life The top 200-300mah of your battery will have increased voltage, but your average voltage is still going to give you a crazy rate of fire. |

but will a 9.6V start at 20bbs/sec and after e few mags goes down to 17BBS?
I mean can it maintain the same ROF constently? and what will be the ROF of a 9.6V 3600MAH with a sp120? how much bbs it can shoot? |
