This gun gave me wood
I was crusin' Scout the doggie's facebook pics and found this
Here I've been thinking about a bolt action rifle for a while now and I didn't want a remi 500 or a L96 etc. A Lee Enfield, or a Mosin Nagant or a Kar 98. Different story. I have no idea why but I love this gun. Any thoughts?

Gaaaahhhh I love Enfields too. But it bugs me when I see the butt stock attached at the wrong angle.
See how the top edge of the butt stock looks level or almost being sloped from rear to front. It just looks so wrong, and ruins the elegant lines of the LE. Just have to OCD on that. I gotta remind Baker_Jeff to watch this angle again, on his next Lee Enfiled project.

Well it does provide space so you can have your head straight up when aiming instead of having to turn your head on your side to clear the buttstock, in my opinion...
