Need suggestions on 1911

I was looking for a decent 1911 to buy. However, there are so many brands out there. Such as KWA,KJW, TM,etc. Can your pros provide me with some useful suggestions?

TM is a great buy. The gun shoots amazingly far, accurate and hard. The few that I've used were amazing. I think you should upgrade to a full metal kit. If you run propane in a stock TM 1911, it will wear the slide away over time.

Only real con i have with the 1911 is the low gas capacity in the mags and (this is just TM in general) you have to remove the slide to adjust the hop-up.

Other than that, they are great guns.

I run a KJW 1911 MEU and it great! It includes a metal slide and barrel so there is no need for slide upgrades off the bat.

If you want proper trades go with a TM, otherwise you will sacrifice that for the KJW 1911.

Simple google search will show you which one is more beneficial

you have to get age verified. Once you do, you can purchase it from a retailer from this site.

Best of luck!

I like my KWA 1911a1, easy access to the hopup adjustment, and i get 2 to 2.5 mag full of shots per gas fill.

I've owned the KJW 1911MEU, it broke down within a season, high lemon rate.

TM is awesome as well. Never owned one, but I have gamed one. With the right upgrades and tweaks you can get a very accurate pistol. Wether you go MEU government or one of the others you shouldent be disapointed.

I'm really interested in the KWA/KSC 1911.... parts should be interchangeable between both of them right?

Becasue I want the KSC 1911, but I also want the trigger, hammer and ambi-safety levers from the KWA one...lol

Just a thought, maybe buy the KWA one and upgrade the frame/slide? then you'd have all those interal you want on your 1911?
