Velocity arms !!!

I don't know if this post is allowed but its the only way I see that I can leave this feedback.

I see many of negative feedback threads towards Velocity arms recently. I myself suffered the pain of having to wait for a reply about 3 weeks ago. Finally Frank got back to meabout 3 days after I had sent him an email stating this, I placed my order and within 3 days I had my items !!

One piece I had ordered had been over looked on my order, I emailed Frank and had an almost immediate responce ! He solved the issue and sent my order out right away. To top it all off I received a discount towards my next purchase, which was totally unexpected.

I have since made yet another order, and recieved that right away as well.

So all in all , thank you Frank - Velocity Arms/Toronto Airsoft
