MAGPUL and G&G

just wondering if a Magpul PTS MOE Handguard, would fit on a g&g m16 A3?

Those are meant for M4's (M4 length handguard, not M16 length).

So it would go on a m4 CQB-R from G%G then?

If it's the GR16 A3 Carbine it will fit, but if it's the GR16 A3 it will not. From what I've seen of G&G they use pins to hold the front sight post in place and the M16 length barrel probably does not have the pin holes to move the sight post back for an M4 length hand guard. It would probably look silly on there anyways.

As for the GR4 CQB R it will definitely fit.

The rails are in two pieces, the top being secured by a screw at the rear of the top rail and both being retained by the delta ring.

Once you have the rail removed you can just put the handguard in place like so:
