pretty much everything internally apart from the hop maybe - although thats assuming that they are compatible with upgrade springer parts - never had my hands on a HFC I'm afraid so can't say for sure :S

Make sure you get pss10 parts, parts made for the vsr-10.

You'll want to get a...

PSS10 Cylinder
PSS10 Cylinder Head
PSS10 Trigger (I recommend the zero trigger + piston)
PSS10 Piston (I suggest getting the one included in the zero trigger)
PSS10 Spring
PSS10 Spring Guide
Maybe a Bolt Handle
Maybe a new reciever...

Make sure your spring guide and spring match up.
And make sure you buy all parts from the same manufacturer (I suggest laylax if you're going with the Laylax Zero Trigger, PDI if you're going with the PDI V-trigger) , or else you may run into problems.

You should have received another barrel group that is spring powered, the HFC includes both a gas and spring barrel group with the rifle so the user can switch between them. I would contact the fellow who you traded with and ask him where the spring barrel set is.

IF the gas bolt works like on L96s, you can reuse the bolt carrier and bolt handle from the gaz one.
