Velocity Arms/ Toronto Airsoft
Hi I just checked out some similar problems so I decided I would post mine and see what happened. A couple months back now I ordered a firefox stick battery and an ak74 mag from this website, I received the items about a week afterwards (great shipping times) but I had been sent a mini instead of a stick battery and an RPK mag instead of a 74 (mag was my mistake). I contacted Frank and he agreed to exchange the magazine which I was grateful for and send me the correct battery. However after I sent the items back it became increasingly hard to contact him and has left me wondering where my stuff is. It should not take a 2 month turn around to correct someones order that has left the warehouse wrong, also the emails I have sent in the past couple weeks inquiring into the wherabouts of my package have gone unanswered so far. please help
