If its in canada its not a problem, BUT if outside of canada, I'm going to have to say yes, unless you have a license.

Hmm.. i was under the impression they are ok but canada post cannot ship them because they filed some sort of injunction so they dont ship replica munitions. You see, my shipment of dummy rounds is stuck in vancouver and i want to see if i have options of switching to a different carrier or would they be dumped by canada post.
