To paint or not to paint?
So, I have purchased my first AEG (pictured bellow in my sig) and now I am faced with a dilemma... to I paint it (ie. camo) or not. I pose this question to you my airsoft brothers and sisters, what do you think?
Also, suggestions on paint schemes would be muchly appreciated! Thanks!

Paint it (it is a cheap way to make your AEG look more realistic if done properly) unless you like the clear version...

Well, as to painting it black, it is already all black. And I would be looking for cool factor if I was to paint it.

No camo is ugly, keep it original and paint it black

Eh.... from your pic, it really looks like a clearsoft. Then paint it.
Edit: I was wrong. Was just the lightning. And... I may be wrong, but your Aimpoint looks... special.

LMAO
Like Snake Eyes said, you need to first decide where you blaster is going to primarily get used. It would look ridiculous if you painted it with woodland colors when you only play in arid areas.

Yup, sorry lol. It really seemed transparent on the other pic.
So... I guess it depends on a few things, the first being what do you like the most? :P Otherwise... are you looking for a specific style? From a real unit, a video game, etc?
