How easy is it to upgrade my ICS MP5 A5?

I'm new to airsoft and need a little info on my gun cause the net is filled with jibberish. Anybody know how easy it is to upgrade a plastic receiver ICS MP5?

excuse me? no. that attitude is going to get you kicked off fields. Go wait till you're mature enough to understand that this game isn't about hurting people.

Isn't part of the thrill in airsoft knowing that at any moment you run the risk of getting strapped and feeling the pain? If there was no risk involved it wouldn't be so intense and thrilling. For me anyway, not speaking for everyone. I love that aspect.

That's not side tracked. And claiming you want to hurt people is probably the worst way to get "advice".

This thread got sidekicked because you're acting like a fucking nob.

Airsoft isn't about hurting people. It's not about "making them feel pain". Obviously you've never been hit in the face by a stock TM gun.. they hurt just fine.

Grow up a bit, then come back.

I never said "making them feel pain" I said feeling the pain. A little pain never hurt nobody and sorry for even mentioning that. I know you guys are veterans in this game prolly, but you are taking me way too seriously. And I know you are gonna get defensive over this too, but I was purely joking. But the aspect for me "I" like is the risk of getting strapped at any moment. Getting hit puts your mind in another place. You don't want it to happen again. It's part of the game. If you can't take it, wear a mask. I hear they provide great protection.

And you get all of that using a stock gun.

Decide what exactly it is you want to accomplish with an upgraded gun. You say you want to increase FPS? Ok, to what end exactly? I ask because simply increasing FPS often does not yeild the kind of performance increase people expect. Increasing the FPS gets your BB to the target faster.. nothing more.

I would like to increase my accuracy mostly I guess. Also, I would like to cover more distance than I do now. Pain was never my intention, it was my lame attempt at homour that tragically failed.

Do you want more accuracy= tightbore barrel and hop up.

more consistancy with fps= compression parts
wanna hurt people= evil and you are unwanted if you do
