"bb bukakke" KING!

it's always good to have a backup, airsoft guns will break,it's always just a matter of time, could be the next trigger pull, could be 100 pulls from now. If you're not sure, less money spent is always a safer route. It's not like people look at your gun before they call hit. "OMGWTFBBQ, UR PEWPEWMACHINE IS PLASTIC BODIED, I DON'T HAVE TO CALL HIT"

If you already enjoy tactical paintball, it's a pretty safe bet you will like airsoft, so you might as well start with quality gear. |

I wanted to start off with a more expensive gun but since I didn't have any gear I had to dial back a bit. After some research and testing I got a CM16 mod0 from G&G. It's been reliable since day one and it's tough as a horse. I didn't change any internals but had a lot of fun with the furniture.
In the future I have my eyes on a VFC or a Krytac. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

So you like the G&G ? Do you find that it's weaker or cheaper than a metal body ? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

The polymer bodies on the CMs are very strong. If you don't need the feel of metal on your hands, then a CM if a great starter gun

I don't mind the polymer body and it freels and looks pretty decent. The gun gas a nice weight to it too since some parts are metal. My suggestion is to visit a store and give it a look in person. Sure the VFC's are nicer but this is a great starter budget friendly gun. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Yes I did. I spent almost an hour with the salesperson asking questions and advice. When I was ready to go he brought out the CM and we did some testing. It was overall a great experience. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Cool, good luck! Also worth noting is the battery position, most guns have them in the buffer tube but some have them up front. Depending on the gun this might affect the weight distribuition and battery size. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I can vouche for G&G CM16 MOD 0 is a fantastic starter gun. I wanted to run a polymer gun for indoor games at Siege and upgraded the internals for improve trigger response. It's light and fast. Durability is excellent for a plastic receiver.

Yes, I use 1200mah 7.4v venoms. You can get two on amazon for around 30 bucks. The gun does fire better with 11.1s but price goes up as well as size since they are 3 cell. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Also worth a mention is that the gun uses the tamya battery plugs. You can change it but I've kept mine stock.
