Firefly Hop Rubber + VFC SCAR Hop Unit

So...
anyone out there tried this yet?

im trying to install this hop rubber and it seems the firefly one is a bit larger than a standard hop up. OR, the VFC hop rubber is Smaller than the standard hop up rubber.

It simply WONT fit in without distorting and almost tearing. luckily i havnt torn it yet, but am about to give up. regardless of how much lubrication is on the rubber, (harr harr.. ya ya ya) it wont slide into the hop chamber.

The VFC is pretty thin. I soaked it all in lube and the put steady pressure on the barrel and hopup chamber at the same time till they pressed together.

AI liquid silicon was the lube.

A bit on the hopup, lots on the rubber, and no extra on the barrel.
