Upgrades for Well L96 Sniper Rifle

Ok well thought id put it ou there that i am a NOOB to this site but not a NOOB to airsoft, i am curently going threw to get age varified. Ok hear we go, iv been playin for about a year and a half buying the Canadain Tire specials. i have recently bought a Well L96 sniper Rifle, i know when you buy it there is some stuff you have to do to it to make it acurate out of the box, i also know getting into sniper rifles you have to put alot of money to make them better out of the box and i am willing to do that. so down to my question, what are the best and most afordable upgrades for the Well L96 Sniper Rifle.

Thanks

last i hear, the Well 96 could take the same upgrades as the Maruzen L96. so you will be able to find pretty much anything you are looking for.

A few things

PDI Hop-chamber for Type 96:
They are hard to find, but worth it. You can then use AEG barrels and hop-up for this.
Tight bore barrel:
Be it 6.04 or 6.02... tighter can be used, but you have to use only VERY GOOD bbs
Light weight trigger set:
Not NEEDED, but sure usefull, especially if you are looking for reliability.
New piston set:
I recommend PDI lv.3 tune-up kit. A bit pricey, but it comes with a new cylinder, piston, piston head and spring guide.

That is preaty much all. You should have a nice rifle after that.

But keep in mind that these upgrade will cost you about 1.5 times the price of your Well rifle (around 450$+)

Translation = buy a good rifle from the start.

Why?

You'd have spent about 1200 dollars, then need to throw the exact same upgrades in.

Another thing to take into consideration with the Well L96 is the trigger box which is made-out of plastic and maybe even having a spare or replacing the trigger parts as well.

Bought one last week from Redwolf (along with a PDI hop chamber)

I had a Maruzen APS-2 Type 96. It NEEDS the exact same upgrades, as the TRIGGER BOX IS ALWAYS PLASTIC!

I was running a 575 fps setup with the stock plastic trigger box. I had to change the spring guide stopper because I bought the gun non-functional.

Now I am building a 500 fps and 450 fps setup out of a Well G22 (the Laylax'ish stock one, gaz powered) 450 fps being the gaz setup, and 500 on a Prometheus spring with PDI lv. 3 kit.

Also, KM hard piston head is a nice part when your stock one wears out... except if you got PDI Lv3... no need for piston heads.

I however add a piece of ultra density rubber foam to the cylinder head to reduce noise.

I bought a Well MBO5 several months ago. It works decently out of the box but i still need to upgrade my hop up and i would like to increase the fps. I've read some places that the upgrades for the Well L96 also work for the MBO5/MBO4. Which upgrades should i use to upgrade the hop upand fps?

EdGI also has some really nice parts.

Ordered a VSR upgrade kit from Ed himself recently. Arrived within 5 days, installed everything, and it all fits beautifully.

Also has upgrade kits for L96s and other clones. Just google it to find out more.

In my opinion, it matches up with laylax/PDI parts and with a lesser cost
