question about drop in mechbox

Hey im converting over to rear wired on my m4 and im just going to go drop in because im going to use my front wired one for a m4a1 project. I was browsing on redwolf and i seen the G&P drop in 8mm mechbox this exzact one http://redwolfairsoft.com/redwolf/ai...l?prodID=25805.
Well im confused i did some more serching on the world wide web and i don't know what estamted fps would be for this drop in? and what would have to be changed to make it reliable? I will be running this on lipo not for the rof but more for trigger response and and light burst's, any advice and information could help thanks.

"Suitable for use with G&P M120 High Speed Motors [GP561], with a power of 150%. To be used with rear battery mounts", quoted from Redwolf. Whatever 150% spring is, I'd say is the approximate FPS. Not real good on the whole AEG internals yet :P

M120 means 120 meters per second. So 390 FPS.

change the bearings for metal bushings... i heard they are prone to fail, and the last thing you want is a bearing blowing in your mechbox screwing up the gears

No, that's the recommended motor to use with it. The spring inside is 150%.

So 150% x 280 FPS (stock TM) = 420 FPS
