Are TM p226 internals identical to hi capa?

hi i was wondering if a Hi capa Valve blocker/stopper would fit in my TM p226 as mine is about to snap and the only US retailer i know sells a hi capa blocker and id rather use that if it would fit rather than ordering overseas.

it's sooooooooo far off, that i can't even come close to recommending the same parts to you.
