Greasing the Cylinder
I just received my brand new Systema N-B Cylinder Type-1 for my TM SIG SG 552 which has an AK47 inner barrel that's covered up with a TM Knight's Pro Silencer. Basically, I'm just going to replace the cylinder to compensate for the barrel length. I'm not going to change anything else in the gearbox. How much cylinder grease should I put inside the brand new cylinder or should I even grease it at all since the stock piston has grease all over it already?

Grease the cylinder lightly with cylinder grease (SystemA, G&P, etc) if you have it. If not, use a light silicone base oring lube like SuperLube. A light coating on the entire cylinder will suffice. Keep away from anything with petroleum products in it as they will toast the orings and possibly any other plastic parts. Also make sure the cylinder head oring is well lubed and use caution when pressing it in as you can cut the oring with the cylinder.
