g&g ump problem

I have looked at various reviews of the g&g UMP (UMG) on Arnies, ASR, Airsoft Extremist and other websites and have heard good things about it. Just today, I read 3 reviews that the people had some problems with the gearbox and mainly the lack of a fuse in the wiring. Does anyone know if this is true and if it is, has it been fixed?

The FPS on mine was random when I first got it, like 160-220, but dead accurate. Upgraded it to 280 consistent, still super accurate, real long range too. Fantastic gun with huge mags lol

Really? I heard the fps is anywhere from 250-350 fps.

When I first got my G&G UMG, its was shooting 310 FPS constant, not had a problem yet with it. One of the best buys I have ever made.

The shit? Isn't this gun like $350+ STOCK? And it fires like a "$20 dollar eBay AEG with 2000 BB's and extra pistol" FPS?

It better shoot fucking solid gold pellets.

Ah-Ah.
I know what you’re thinking
Did he fire six shots or only five?
Well, to tell you the truth, in all this excitement, I’ve kind of lost track myself
But being this is a .44 magnum the most powerful handgun in the world and would blow your head clean off
You got to ask yourself one question.
Do I feel lucky?
Well, do ya, PUNK?
