King Arms Grenade

Alright, so a teammate of mine just picked himself up a G&P launcher along with a 120rnd King Arms nade.
I was helping out another teammate with his gun while he was tinkering with his new toy. He attempted to charge it with propane yet it would just release right aways. So he figured he should open it up and take alook inside. http://cgi.ebay.com/King-Arms-M433-H...742.m153.l1262
Upon doing this he managed to spill out the tiny ball bearings inside.
Now I have no experience with these grenades, nor do any of the other guys we were with.
We managed to scrounge up what I beleive would be most of the bearings but I have no idea how many I need, what their purpose is or where they go.
What do I need to do to get this thing working?
Any hints or links would be appreciated.

Alright, I got the bearings back and in place, yet seems to release gas when I fill it. I'm alittle bit stumped by this because when I try filling it with propane it sounds as if the gas is just running out of the holes.
Yet when I put it into the launcher it will fire, sometimes. Other times there was no gas in there to begin with.
Am I doing something wrong? I'm filling just like a GBB mag, yet again I've never used one of these before.

Likewise I have just bought my very first MOSCARTs - co-incidently King Arms 120 rounders...

Above: My King Arms 120 round cartridges

I could do with some general advice on their use (can't seem to find comprehensive instructions anyweher, and when you do find a guide - like on YouTube - they seem to always miss certain steops out!)...SO...

First of all, how do you load the cartridges correctly?

-- What is the proceedure, for example do you load BBs and then gas up?

-- Just how much gas is appropriate (how many seconds would you say I should gas up)?

On maintenance...

-- I am told I should use a silicon grease to maintain the integrity of my cartridges and hold the 3mm bearings in place, is this correct?

-- If so, is there any particular brand and type of grease I should use (medium or heavy)?

-- Finally, should I keep the cartridges partially gassed when not in use (like GBB magazines)?

On firing...

-- What kind of range should I expect using Green Gas? (My local site demands Green Gas is used)

-- Is there a range below which you would not deploy these BB shower grenades? (Minimum range)

Any information would be really useful - particularly as neither the launcher (Classic Army) or the cartridges (King Arms) come with instructions of any kind!

Thanks, CR

King arms shells use 3mm bearing balls. Should be 8 total.
Keep them in place with some thick grease. I suggest "Permatex - Dielectric Tune-up Grease"
Found at local CT or hardware.

I suggest filling shells with gas first, to verify function and seals are working.
If its full of bb's and the seal pops in your hand as you fill, it just makes a mess.

To reset the shells, Use a pencil or short loading rod to push the primer up into the shell. Don't bother with unscrewing them for a half turn etc.
Gas fill should be 3-4 full seconds.

Usually I just leave my shells without gas, as the main o-ring seems to dramatically shrink with or without it.
The trick to keep them going is, ....Dental Floss!
Or Teflon Tape if you're the high society sort.

Remove the o-ring from the main valve. Wrap a few layers of either TT or Floss to increase the diameter. Test the fit on the gas chamber.
If it pops in fairly easily, but doesn't fall out with some force.. should be on the right track. As you have to be able to use that pen or loading rod to push it in once the shell is back together.

Let me know if you need an extra bb or a few, I stocked up soon after going through the same problems as you both mentioned..

Hope this helps, pm anytime
