KSC USP Feeding jam
I just got my KSC USP full sized, ive discovered a problem with the magazine not feeding correctly.
Basicly, the slide jams half open when it returns after a shot because the B's on the right hand side of the double feed mag do not feed upwards into the barrel. The BB simply wont shift, and can only be removed with a pair of pliers. After removing the jammed bb, i can fire one shot from the left stack before the feed jams again. I think its an issue with the feedlips on the magazine, but i cannot be certain. Pictures as follows: |

Try another brand of BB's, see what happens.

Tried using both the BB's it came with, and ICS .2g 2mm BB's

Also, are you making sure to stack BB's staggered? No having empty spaces? |

sorry, 6mm bb's (typo on my part)
And yes, they stack correctly and are staggered. Last edited by Greasel_burger; August 15th, 2008 at 15:05.. |

theres your problem, the right side feed lip is bent inwards at the front. looks to me that the mag was dropped on its top and damaged the feedlip.

yeah looks like the feedlip, just grab a pair of pliers and bend it back, had to do the same thing when a fend of mine dropped the mag and the feed lip bent.
also i may be that your hopup is too loose, happened to me aswell where the bb would roll out of the chamber and jam the next round, turning up the hopup fixed it. |

Working perfectly now! thanks for the help!
Only problem, a little bit of the lip snapped off but it seems to work either way... Update: The bit lost means that i cant full teh magazine fully without double feeding, going to be mig welding or soldering it back on soon Last edited by Greasel_burger; August 15th, 2008 at 18:13.. |
