Western Arms SIIS Desert Eagle

Just went to WA website (everything's in japanese so I can't read any info) but I managed to click on the picture of the SIIS DE. Fell in love with it, and with the reputation of WA I guess the gun itself is awesome.

Strangely I can't seem to find this gun anywhere, not even Redwolf or any website. I wonder if it's possible to ask a ASC seller to import one (is it?) Anyone knows a well known seller that does "personal request"? I'm age verified so I can read the classified, but didn't see any DE except for TMs.

Question might be newbish, but please don't flame.

Why not contact one of the retailers? That would be the easiest way.

Just asking if anyone heard of this GBB and if it's common practice to order "special" items.

I know, but in regards to your question if someone will bring it in, you should simply contact the retailers.

Hey

Western Arms stuff is hard to find because it's really pricey. They're all super high quality stuff and the guns have great detail (trades and all). But in a place like Canada where airsoft prices are inflated, what would you rather get: a full metal GBB made by KJW or WE for $300 or a plastic GBB for $400+ that you have to add a metal slide to run on propane?

There was a time when western arms stuff was easily attainable though. Around 4 years ago, Dave's Surplus used to get HUGE SHIPMENTs of western arms stuff and I do remember when their showcase was just STACKED with western arms GBBs. Decent prices back then too (like $280 for an SV Infinity or Perfect Version Beretta). Too bad nothing like that exists anymore.

Dang... the problem is I "NEED" a Desert Eagle and TM hardkicks one seems to wear off fast (slide problem) plus they're plastic / KWC I didn't read great review though I may be wrong / other brands I'm not sure...

Any idea?

Like it was said a couple times, contact one of the people that sells guns in the classifieds.

Here's a hint: They have a lot of stuff for sale usually.

Second hint: Its stickied.

Yeah, I know... just want to have your opinion on which one would be best (TM, KSC, WA, others...)

Meanwhile, I'll contact one of those seller, once I receive my latest AEG... still waiting for it...

I know there is at least one in Canada since I owned one a year or so ago. Generally its not too great, way too light for a DE, mag barely holds any gas (duster and propane I could only empty a mag if I waited 4-5 seconds between shots. Also DE's are big and kinda pointless to game with, you can get a gun that is far more reliable, easier to find, and easier to get upgrade/replacement parts elsewhere (TM P226, Hi-Cappa, KSC Glock, etc.)
