Can the Crossman 1377C use 6mm plastic B.B's?

I may buy this gun in a week or 2, I fell in love with it after readin hundreds of reviews, and watchin YouTube videos. But it appears that most people use it with metal pellets. However, I have a surplus of B.B's at home, and B.B.'s in general are cheaper than pellets. So is this gun fully compatible with your typical 6mm plastic B.B? I really wanna get this gun, especially for the day I decide to participate in an airsoft event; it will go great with a gas-powered sub-machine airsoft gun, such as an Uzi or Mac-10.

Is this a pellet gun? Then....umm.....no. Pellets are 4.5mm.

And this isn't a pellet gun forum either.

You cannot use a pellet gun or a BB gun to fire airsoft BBs. Airsoft BBs are 6mm, and pellets are 4.5mm.

Also, in case you were thinking of asking, you cannot use 4.5mm BB guns at Airsoft games.

Airsoft and AIR GUNS are two completely different things. Search a little before you post something like this.

Ah, sorry but I'm very new to airsoft in general, and assumed they were the same. Doesn't hurt to ask, even if I have the wrong idea - at least I end up learnin in the end.

Although this has me somewhat disappointed again. Now it means I have nowhere to buy airsoft guns in/around Toronto other than websites, and I wouldn't dare use a credit card. :banghead:

EMT and Paypal are friendly to all

Head out to a game, even if you don't have any guns. Ask questions, ask to handle other peoples toys to get a feel for them, ask more questions, watch the games, take pictures, ask more questions. You'll learn more from one game if you ask the right questions than you'll learn from reading the FAQs for a year.

Did I mention asking questions?

Thanks for the advice I'll keep that in mind. However, I cannot shop usin my computer, due to the fact that it's plagued with viruses, and I wouldn't dare put any kind of info on it that could lead to identify theft or fraud. It's just too risky for me. But I'll still keep lookin into it anyway.

Also, I plan on ownin replica airsoft guns, as I don't like the clear plastic / toy-like look some of them tend to have, even though they may be of superior quality. Do they still sell replica airsoft guns in Canada?

P.S. - I own 2 spring airsoft guns that I imported myself from Costa Rica (yep, the custom officers let me bring em in, cause they're weak and under the 500fps limit), but they both broke due to bein made of cheap plastic. So I'm stuck without airsoft guns again..

No. You'll have to get age verified on here and look in the classifieds for new or used guns. That's pretty much the best and only bet you have in Canada.

nothin wrong with using credit card with paypal. I use it for all my airsoft transactions. I was pretty uneasy about it first, but they are pretty secure.

If you buy from the classified you can meet the seller in person and pay in cash.
