You cannot import airsoft into Canada. Please consult the FAQ for more details.

Oh sorry, I thought you meant some other place. Must've misread you. 007 is fine.
Alternatively, I assume you're over 18? Read up Age Verification, it'll grant you access to the gun sale forum. A lot of good deals in there.

they only have one Tm M16 in stock and that is on hold, i think the best way is to go get verified, buy either a used gun, get one from Shootsoft, or from other guys (i almost posted the name, but remembered that this isnt the verified side) , he has good prices, new in box, that is what i recomend if you want it cheap and quick (007 is a little more usually and sometimes has troubles with customs, not saying that the other ones dont, the other ones just seem to be really quick) |

and yes I saw that they only have the one gun, but was going to get them to order it in for me, which is why I need to get verified asap so I can browse the for sale adds incase I can prevent waiting for my gun.

Couple more things about the CA that might not bug you now, but might bug you later... If you decide to replace the front end of the gun, you will have to buy CA if you want your rails to align. If you were to put a TM front end on a CA, the front end rails would sit lower than the receiver rails. I think it's pretty safe to say that the majority of after market parts are made to fit TM's specs.
Also CA's have Armalite trades. I guess they are kinda picky details, but good to know, none the less.
