MP5 SD6 Upgrading

Alrighto, I'm making my first attempt at upgrading and I have done my research on disassembly and everything. Now I'm having a little difficulties on choosing which components/brands to upgrade.

So far the list on components I plan on switching up is

- Tightbore Barrel
- Ball Bearing Spring guide
- Metal Bushings
- Hop Rubber
- Spring Im looking at m100 - around 350-370fps

I would like to have peoples input on two things; What brands should i pick up ( i hear the more brands the more complicated installation durability issues come up) and did I miss out on any components that could improve durability of my gun?

Thanks in advance,
Steezy

Systema is the norm, Guarder is about the same if not better. Might as well throw in a guarder tapper plate and systema air nozzle.

one other quicky question, how large of a difference between a 6.04 and 6.03/2 barrel actually occurs?

Tightbore, any is good, but if AEG maintainance isn't something you tend to practice, get a 6.04mm. Tighter ones will need more cleaning to prevent any issues. And a couple drops of oil down your loading tube into the breech is good to do every couple thousand rounds to keep the BBs feeding right.

Bearing spring guide, any brand is fine, don't need to shell out $30 for a Systema when a $15 Modify will do the same thing.

Bushings, dual oil channel, brand doesn't really matter. Just avoid bearing bushings.

Hop up rubber, I'm currently using the Madbull 60 degree rubbers, they are working rather well, and will last a while since they aren't made of silicone.

Spring, get a Modify 100 spring, they are nice and willl put out in the area of 360-380fps with your set up.

All of that you can get from www.airsoftparts.ca for relatively cheap, maybe even under $100.

BTW, Systema isn't the norm, it's just the expensive route.

Not even really worth paying the extra amount for. 6.04mm will do you just fine in an AEG.
