Need Help Identifying
Alright a while back I traded one of my guns for this fine piece. A nicely put together SVD converted from a Ak 47. Now the thing is I've been using Google and looking everywhere for some sort of identification of this fore guard.
as you can see in the image the fore guard is different then the regular svd one, its a little thicker a little shorter and also its one piece. Now I was told by the guy I traded it from that its a real steal. But I've been looking and I cant find its origins. I've PMed the previous owner and yet to get a response.

Looks kind of like the foregrip of a chinese SVD but cut-down at the back.

That is why I think it may be cut-down to fit the length of an AK-47 gas block (as opposed to that on the SVD which is longer). But you are right, it is thicker looking.

Yes it might be but I was told by the previous owner that it was real steal. But its also one piece and that would be a lot of work to make.
