MOSFET help!
I am making a few modifications to M16 which in order to function well and properly I feel I need a MOSFET. Which is why I think I'm going to purchase a MOSFET from this guy: http://www.airsoftretreat.com/classi...ct=22674&cat=4
So, as you can probably already tell I've never installed a MOSFET due to the fact that I'm referring to such detailed advice from you guys, so please take it easy on me. Firstly, how long of wire should I request if I were to purchase from this guy for my G&G M16 for both the gate wire and 16 gauge wiring(an estimate in your most educated guess)? Secondly, once I get the wiring and MOSFET do I just simply solder the wires to the contact points and attach the wires to my motor and wire through the rest of my gun? If so, I can manage to do that unless it is a much more complex process. I am going to request large tamiya plugs be installed onto the wire because that is what my batteries are. Is this a bad choice? Lastly, I don't know if this will help but I'm ONLY going to be using SEMI-Auto. Thanks for all the help you guys can provide, ROF_Madman |

just Pm him, he is on our forum too.
http://airsoftcanada.com/showthread.php?t=46662 He is getting some parts (latest Pm from him a week ago) to build me a mosfet+fuse+AB "glad to hear you want one. I currently dont have any of the AB or fuses on hand, but i just put an order in for some more so they sholud be here my friday. then i just need a day or two to put them together and test them all out to ensure they work properly. so i think the best thing to do would be to hold off on sending payment untill next weekend. I'll send you an email once i get them put together letting you know they are ready to go. Then just send me the money via paypal, and i will ship it to you as soon as i get the money."
