TOP mp5 Drum Mag not working right.

I was hoping someone had experience with drum mags.
I bought a top 1000rnd drum mag from TactOps1 but can't get the damn thing to do anything right. Feels like it's cranking right but the bbs don't feed right and it only loads maybe a 100 bbs when it should be loading alot more.
I don't want to send it back. The way I dump ammo, a drum mag is like a midcap.

I have one too and it doesn't feed either. I opened it up, but I can't figure it out either.
