Bevel bushing smaller than others?

I got some bushings with these gears i bought, and 5/6 of the bushings went in fine. (are they suppose to be really loose in the hole) the last bushing wouldn't fit without pushing it pretty hard.. Is it possible fr 6mm bushings to fit into a version 3 gearbox? Also none of my old gears fit into the bushings that came with the gears.

v2 and v3 gears should fit the same right?

Not all gearbox or parts are made to perfectly matching tolerance, so you'll find difference in fitting eventually. It's not a problem if a bushing requires force to install, as long as it's not damaging anything, since bushings aren't meant to spin in their slots.

There are 6mm gearboxes of different versions. All TM gearboxes are 6mm. Most CA ones are 7mm.

Like the saint said, basically its hit or miss. A little force is fine when attempting to get something into place but if you have to reef on it, perhaps you maybe better off using the stock one till you can aquire one that fits properly.

I don't see what's the problem. The bushings fit on the new gears right? That's the most important. So one bushing required some force to be fitted on the side of the mechbox shell, is it damaged? If not, everything is fine.

Well the bevel was screwed up, so i was going to try to use my stock one, except the hole in the bushings is too small for the gears that came with my gun.

What do you mean when you say "the bevel gear is screwed up"?
