Just wondering, would it be stupid to go for a desert theme? Would i kind of stand out to much in the enviorment you guys play in?

You will need more than one bdu.

Desert was useful in Quickpass. Desert may always be useful. You'll need more than one bdu anyways so go ahead and build it.

Before you decide to go with dessies, check out the local fields. Personally, I've got a few sets of both desert and temperate DPM, and if you do decide to go for sets of both, start with the woodland. Chances are you're gonna be using it to fill gaps in your desert kit anyway.

Desert can work quite well in the late fall.. when things are dry..
I depends on your intent.. if you are going for an "impression" a specific look.. then effectivness in the field takes a back seat. If you want effective... then your first BDU should be a woodland pattern....

Of course you could get multicam... then you will have something that sorta works everywhere... sorta...

I have a desert set I have never used it but I think it is going to work just fine in the bush just stay low where all the dirt is and such and you should be good.

I'd go with a more universal set-up if you're that worried about sticking out... Multicam or ACU seems to fair decently.

multicam all the way works well in both.

all black? I would stay away from that. I would listen to what has been posted above. If you plan on playing on fields such as flagraiders, you can wear what you want and still be effective....well more effective than all black or navy blue.
