VSR-10 Stocks
I am looking at upgrading my stock for the VSR-10.
I have seem the Smokey's system stock, but am also considering wood. Since the AS version is based on the M700 is there any reason I cannot use a wood M700 stock for this project? Can anyone reccommend good sources for upgraded stocks for this gun? Thanks in advance for all responses LD

What about the Fortress M40A3 Stock for VSR10? I have looked and looked and have been unable to find anywhere that sales it.
http://www.fortress-web.com/SHOP/12o...sr40a3stk.html The OD one looks cheap. The black one looks better though. The only thing i would do if i ever get a hold of one would be sand down those textured pieces. Make it nice and smooth. LOL |

My buddy just got one of those M40A3 stocks... it gave me a chubby. I would get another gspec just to use the stock.
The downside is the company wont sell outside of Japan. He had to get a buddy to buy one over there and send it to him. Hawt stock. As for using a real steel stock... not without a significant amount of modification. The mag placement on the airsoft version is several inches forward of the real steel mag area. The mounting positions are also completly different IIRC. |
