Another Amusing find
I was surfing around, seeing if anyone had made working replicas of Dante's pistols in Devil May Cry, and I stumbled upon these which were made and sold on ebay for a large sum of cash. Mind you, they aren't exact replica's, but I think they have a decent feel to them. This is what it "should" look like:
And these are the monstrosities that were sold on ebay. Both were modelled on the marui hi-capa, and are fully functional airsoft pistols The hand grips are pretty cool, although I think the finger slots protrude a bit too far to be comfortable, and the slide and body are just a smidge too long. What are your thoughts? |

I would love to have the set on top. The others look too unrealistic, and anime-ish..
Oh, and that lowered Ejection port/External extractor gave me wood, in no less than .00045 seconds. |

What the FUCK is with the picture in the grip.
Not that it's bad or anything... but, never seen that. |

The top two are more DMC and the bottom two are more Hellsing.
I wouldn't mind having either pair, infact, I'm looking into a pair of hicapas (one black, one silver/chrome...very cliche, I know)

I don't like it when guns are oversized.
I must say that pistols I really loved were the weapons from the 1996 movie Romeo+Juliet, those were truly amazing.

Didn't one of them have a cross dangling off the loop on the bottom of a grip? for some reason I have that image in my head.

somewhat, his gun was actually a revolver, but similar style. From what I remember, its based of the Mateba model 6 revolver. Last edited by Daiviet; July 23rd, 2007 at 09:15.. |

Yeah jesus... like like 7.62, .45, .50, large calibers and big guns are tight, but theres a point where its just like... no. Youd have to have custom made holsters for those beasts, and you couldnt aim unless you had arms like arnold from the 80's, plus itd take you like 10 minutes to get those things out of said holster... No bueno. Looks cool, but they should definitely stay display only weapons. No practical use.
