Brand New CA M15A4 misfeed

I just bought a brand spaking new M15A4 SPC from A&A. When I pull the trigger (semi/full auto, doesn't matter), the gun fires (motor turns, piston works etc). However, only one or two BBs actually shoot out.

Every other time I pull the trigger, the BB is pushed up into the gun but it just doesn't get shot out such that when I pull the magazine out of the reciever, all the BBs that don't get shot fall out. I've tried both a high capacity and low capacity magainze.

Now the gun is brand new so I asked A&A about it. They claim it's caused by BBs and refused to pay for repairs if repairs are in fact needed :banghead:

Anyways I tried two different brands of 0.2g BBs (BB Bastard and Airsoft Elite) and they both had the same problem.

So does anyone know what the problem may be? Remember this is a brand new gun... no upgrades, never gamed, not even a speck of dust on the reciever.

Then where do you plan to buy from? There is nobody else at the moment.

Jerry, try turning your hop-up all the way off. Then, put a little silicone oil down the barrel and use your cleaning rod to swap it out until it comes out clear. It will take a few passes with a few patches of paper towel.

Then fire the gun. If problem goes away, well then........

If problem persists, then speak to Mark again.

perhaps the hop rubber isn't on properly so it prevents the bbs from loading into the tube. or the nozzle is sticking out too far as well.

ps. how many fall out when you take the mag out? and is there a bb chamerbered after you take out the mag?

what brand of mags are you using and did you lube them? misfeeding seems to be a common problem amongst most CA guns, you may have to buy a systema tappet plate.

I'm using CA mags. The hicap that came with the gun and a lowcap that I bought seperately. Once again, both mags are CA.

I'll try the above fixes people have suggested once I get around to it. End of winter semester at UofT right now .
