aim m4a1 upgrade (not boys)

Does anybody know if you can replace the AIM M4A1 (not boys!) original outer barrel and foregrip with a different metal brand?

No, but you really should ask a Moderator to move your post from here to the Upgrades and Modifications section where it belongs.

This is not the right section for it guy, you're asking about upgrades, this section is not for that at all.
And it would still help if you filled your profile and got age-verified as soon as possible.
