I'll admit, my first airsoft guns were crappy EBBs (at least they were TM) from the dollar store. But GBBs, thats just nuts.

Yes please do. And while you're at it, make mention of where exactly in Calgary it is aswell...I have to see this before I can believe it.

[QUOTE]Today I was out and about, and decided to go into a dollar store, when I walked in I noticed some crappy crosman "softair" guns then.... I saw a TM logo and looked closer. It was a TM High capa 4.3 and TM desert eagle hard kick both brand new in box. I dont think quality airsoft guns should be in dollar stores where anybody can buy them, but at least when I asked to have a look at them the guy asked for ID.
At first i thought you ment that they were some discontinued tms that the people that owned the store didnt know they were $300 airsoft guns and they were selling them for really cheap prises. |

Exactly my point, as its possible I may be in Canada for a long time or even permanently in a year or two.
But anyways, is it like illegal or something for them to sell airsoft guns there? |

It's not illegal. They would need the proper license to import it, but anyone over the age of 18 can sell to you an airsoft gun if they own it.

I said I had to see it to believe it, and now I do. Stopped by the place while on my way to a friends house and checked it out. Not only are they selling a TM high capa 4.3 and a TM Desert Eagle, They're also selling a KJW USP 45 with a threaded outer barrel, and a KJW Glock 23. Myself and Avenging Angel looked at them all up close and personal out of the boxes. Just like owner said, this guy wont sell to anyone under 18. He also said he would be getting more in aswell. Either way, I never expected to see that.

The guy did not say he would not sell to anyone under 18, he didn't think i was 18 so he said "just come with your parent and i'll give it to you no problem"
