my mags for my beretta were leaking also. i took the mags apart and soaked the rubber parts in silicone oil for a day. i then put the mags back together and they work fine now.

If you take it apart, use what I do, it's blue gasket sealant stuff I bought form Canadian Tire (automotive department). It's a silicon type gel that you can wipe on threads, put on gaskets in the mags, seals perfectly. I've fixed a few of my mags by doing that. You DO need to know where the leak is coming from though. Fill your mag and put the bottom of it in a bowl of water, see where the bubbles come out. If they come out of the fill valve, try some oil in that area (after emptying it), work the valve in and out a dozen or so times to work the oil in and see. If that doesn't fix it then you take that valve out, put the gasket sealer on the threads, put it back in and leave it for a day, then try it. If it leaks from elsewhere, you might have to punch the pins out and disassemble the mag, use the sealant around the square gasket, same as above. If it leaks out the release valve, a few drops of oil inside and around the valve head itself, press and release the valve a few dozen times to work the oil in, see if that does it.

Ok, that narrows it to two areas. The fill valve or around the base?

it could be one of 2 things yeah, the big orings that seal the bottom of the mag, or the valve. My suggestion would be to take it apart (to fix it your gonna have to anyways) take the big orings off, 1 for sure, might be 2 of them, soak them in some silicone oil. Then try that cdn stalker suggested, work the valve with some oil, maybe even put a bit of oil on it and leave it over night. If you take your valve out be careful not to damage it, its not very strong metal.

I have had mags that leaked in the past, jhust need to keep the orings oiled up and they will seal. If they dry out they are useless. Make sure you add a few drops of silicone oil to your propane every couple of mags worth of shots.

Take the fill valve apart off the mag, replace the rubber o-ring and keep a thin layer of good airsoft grease inbetween the fillvalve and the mag.
That should do it. Make sure you tighten back the fillvalve in but not to hard, you dont wanna strip the metal.
Goodluck. Thats why i always sticked to Tokyo Marui guns. They are quality built and last a long time! :-)

Here is a good site with some fun things, one of which is a tip on fixing leaky mags: http://www.unconventional-airsoft.com/allfortunes.php
The mag repair fortune is near the bottom.
